Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
- Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized items.
- Items marked as final sale.
- Gift cards.
- Any items that have been installed, altered, or show signs of use.
3. Return Process
- Initiate Return: To start a return, contact our customer service team at support@autocarmount.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Packaging: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item(s). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

5. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@autocarmount.com
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with details of the product and the defect. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and car care products (such as air freshener, car detailing). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
